Brian R. Davis specializes in commercial and complex litigation including contract disputes, business tort claims, insurance and real estate contract and tort disputes, professional liability and other related litigation. He has also managed multi-state litigation including the defense of class actions.

Brian provides counseling and representation to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to venture funded startups in litigation and transactions. He has been retained by and represents a diverse cross-section of the business community which provide financial and insurance products and services, and small and mid-size manufacturing, wholesale, retail and personal products and services. His clients also include small and large companies which provide consulting and construction services in the area of hazardous materials and other environmental clean-up/restoration, public entity, telecommunications, hospitals and schools. He also has a real estate practice involving commercial and residential brokers, investors, sellers and buyers (he also is a licensed Real Estate Broker).

Brian has jury and bench trial experience in both Federal and State Courts throughout the State of California. He also has extensive experience in judicial and private arbitration, mediation and neutral evaluation

Brian is a resident of San Francisco and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, and the San Francisco County Bar Association as well as a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada.
