Maria S. Quintero practices employment law and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Maria received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as an editor on the Santa Clara Computer and High Tech Law Journal and as a committee chairwoman for the Honors Moot Court Board. She graduated Pomona College with a B.A. in Science, Technology & Society.

Maria has externed for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Office of Staff Attorneys, and served a two-year appointment as an Attorney-Advisor within the United States Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges. She is a member of the American Bar Association.
