Phuong N. Fingerman is an associate with Hayes, Davis, Ellingson, McLay & Scott. Ms. Fingerman's practice focuses on commercial and complex litigation. She has experience handling a variety of matters including insurance coverage disputes, business tort claims, personal injury, construction defect and other related litigation.

Ms. Fingerman earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000. She received her law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2003.

Ms. Fingerman is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern District and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and participates as an attorney coach for the Santa Clara County Bar Association's High Schools Mock Trial competition.
